1. We practice our business on a "first come first served basis." Priority will be given to those who have made full payment.
2. All bracelet length will be according to wrist measurement.
3. Please take note that colour of the purchased item may vary due to the difference of resolution.
4. Price listed are excluding postage and handling charges.
5. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable
6. Upon receiving the invoice via email, kindly make full payment (inclusive of shipment charges) within a period of 2 working days. We'll release the item if the customer fails to make payment, without prior notice.
7. Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted.
Exceptional unless the item is totally sold out and the customers will be notified.
8. I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels or packages during shipping.
